Norfolk Sampler

This sampler quilt combines a variety of blocks in different sizes. I used a color palette of teal, deep eggplant, mauve, brown and beige for a warm and inviting quilt. The outer border fabric “City Blooms” by Kitty Yoshida for Benartex adds a touch of elegance and unifies the quilt.

The pattern “Norfolk” is by Wendy Sheppard. It was a 4-part sampler pattern featured in Quilter’s World Magazine in 2022.

The backing combines the fabric “Seville” by Whistler Studios Style for Windham Fabrics and a teal-colored sampler print. Bamboo batting and a falling leaf edge to edge quilting pattern finish off this king size quilt.
