Star blocks and snowball blocks alternate across the quilt creating diagonal chains. Dusty blues and brown colors combine with historically influenced fabrics and a backing featuring a blue on cream toile print to create a quilt reminiscent of the Regency period of the late 1700’s and early 1800’s.

Custom quilting with straight lines through the star blocks contrast with the organic motifs I designed for the open snowball blocks. Cotton thread, King Tut, by Superior in a variegated blue adds a subtle layer of texture and beauty.

A batting of 50% bamboo, 50% cotton by Winline Textiles is the perfect match for this lovely quilt. This quilt will add grace and elegance to your home.
