This quilt is a modern twist of a traditional column quilt. The large 32’’ square blocks are offset by column strip sets.

Jason Yenter for In the Beginning Fabrics designs creates gorgeous digital print fabrics! This line “Garden of Dreams” lives up to his standards. I combined this line of fabric with a complementary background fabric and the pattern “Starstruck” by Missouri Star Quilt Company.

The custom quilting features feathers and leaves in a variety of settings. Bamboo batting adds luxury and drape and a variegated polyester thread finishes off this starstruck quilt.
