Clever piecing creates circular flying geese units in the block pattern. It reminds me of birds in flight. The traditional colors of red, blue and cream are combined in classic floral and fancy prints.

Featured fabrics are from the lines “Lumiere de Noel” by French General and “Snowberry” by 3 Sisters, both for Moda Fabrics. A beautiful toile with graceful birds is used in the outer border and backing. Floral Bouquets & Fancies by In the Beginning Fabrics is also used in the backing.
