Needlepoint Moxie Baby Quilt

The focus fabric is by Cathe Holden, Flea Market Moxie for Moda, which features a variety of needlepoint designs. The block pattern is Big T Origami from Missouri Star Quilt Co. For this quilt I used two fabrics in the T with a light-colored background print. Blocks are set without sashing which allows a larger neutral area to highlight quilting.

A purple striped home spun fabric is used for the backing. Quilted with an all over pattern Lacy Pasley. Superior polyester thread and 80% cotton, 20% polyester batting by Winline Textiles.

Finished size – 49.5’’ x 61’’, baby or throw size.
