Vine Flowers Under Sequoia Stars

The fabric line Sequoia by Edyta Sitar of Laundry Basket Quilts is featured in this quilt. I designed an 18’’ x 18’’ star block to let the beautiful fabrics shine. I used predominantly French General fabrics for the neutral backgrounds. The romantic backing is Sweet Dreams by Robyn Pandolph. The stars are offset with columns of wool applique flowers on meandering vines.

Finishing the quilt is custom quilting with a mix of straight lines and feathers along with 100% bamboo batting by Winline Textiles. The result is an exquisite heirloom quilt that will bring joy and comfort to your life.
